Orange Talents reveals the talents of young Liberians to the world.
This initiative seeks to find the best of Sounds and Fashion in young people. On their website, they posted, that this 2019 edition comes with two talents categories: music and fashion.
“You have concert dreams? Bring your sound to Orange Music Talents and become tomorrow’s next big star!
You have fashion dreams? Bring your creation to Orange Fashion Talents and become tomorrow’s most wanted fashion designer”!
The only thing you need to enter the competition is to be passionate about music or fashion and under 35 years old.
Winners will receive $1,000 and support to develop their talents (studio recordings, creation courses, exhibitions…).
Mr. Noel Chateau, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Orange Liberia disclosed this at their head office on Capital Bypass in central Monrovia.
He added that Orange Talent was being held as part of the company’s ongoing effort to empower young Liberians by discovering new talents. And giving them the support and exposure needed to reach the next level.
Mr. Lyee Bility CEO of Bilikon Entertainment who is heading the music aspect. Also highlighted that auditions would take place in five locations ahead of the finale in Monrovia.
He noted out that auditions would take place at the YMCA Gym in Monrovia on March 8th and 9th, at the Methodist Gym in Ganta on March 22nd and 23rd, at the Gboveh High School in Gbarnga on April 5th and 6th, at the City Cinema in Kakata on April 19th and 20th and at Elizabeth Village in Buchanan on May 3rd and 4th.
